It started with frustration. My frustration.
I was one of thousands of people who showed up every day to do meaningful work—only to be swept up in a wave of layoffs that didn’t just affect jobs...
It affected identities, families, and futures.
No exit interview.
No thank you.
Just a cold notice and a closed door.
But here's the thing: I didn’t let that door define ME.
And neither should YOU.
Why We Exist
Because too many voices were silenced in 2025.
Because our contributions were dismissed as “trends.”
Because those who uphold equity were cast aside without care.
